E. Carl Krausnick, Jr.

E. Carl Krausnick, Jr. was named president of the Equity Capital Markets division in 2001. He oversees all institutional sales, trading, research, syndicate and investment banking of equity securities for the firm. Krausnick is also an executive managing director of Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. He joined the firm in 1983 as a financial advisor and has 18 years of experience in institutional equity sales. He earned his BBA in banking and managerial finance from the University of Mississippi.
