Executive Committee

R. Patrick Kruczek was named the firm’s president and chief operating officer in March 2008. He also served as the firm’s chief administrative officer since 2006. Kruczek joined Morgan Keegan in 1993 as an investment banker. He has held several positions in the Equity Capital Markets division, including institutional sales manager, co-director of the syndicate department, and chief operating officer and director of Equity Research. A certified public accountant, Kruczek earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
